വികസിത് ഭാരത് – ഗ്യാരന്റി ഫോർ റോസ്ഗാർ ആൻഡ് ആജീവിക മിഷൻ (ഗ്രാമീൺ) (VB-G RAM G)

MGNREGA-യിലെ 100 ദിവസത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഉയർത്തി (FAQ Q11). 1 ജൂലൈ 2026 മുതൽ ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഓരോ സംസ്ഥാനവും സ്വന്തം പദ്ധതി വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്യണം (s.3(1)), അതിനാൽ പ്രാദേശിക വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ സംസ്ഥാന പദ്ധതി പിന്തുടരും.

“5. (1) Save as otherwise provided, the State Government shall, in such rural area in the State as may be notified by the Central Government, provide to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work, not less than one hundred and twenty-five days of guaranteed employment in a financial year in accordance with the Scheme made under this Act. (2) Every person who has done the work given to him under the Scheme shall be entitled to receive wages at the wage rate for each day of work.”

ഹിമാചൽ പ്രദേശ് ഷെഡ്യൂൾഡ് പ്രദേശങ്ങൾക്ക് ₹375; സിക്കിമിലെ മൂന്ന് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾക്ക് ₹450. ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ നിന്ന് 5 കിലോമീറ്ററിനപ്പുറമുള്ള ജോലിക്ക് 10% അധികം ലഭിക്കും (FAQ Q26).

“the Central Government hereby specifies, for the purposes of the said Act, the wage rate applicable to the unskilled manual work provided under the Scheme notified under section 3 of the said Act in column(3) of the Schedule below, in respect of the States and Union territories specified in column (2) thereof, with effect from the 1st day of July, 2026.”

ഏതൊക്കെ വ്യക്തിഗത പണികൾക്ക് അർഹതയുണ്ടെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്യണം; 6 ഒക്ടോബർ 2026 വരെ VB-G RAM G സർക്കുലർ പേജിൽ കൂലിനിരക്ക് വിജ്ഞാപനം മാത്രമേയുള്ളൂ. നിയമത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന ഉപജീവന പണികളിൽ കന്നുകാലി, ആട്, പന്നി, കോഴി കൂടുകളും കമ്പോസ്റ്റ്/മണ്ണിര കമ്പോസ്റ്റ് യൂണിറ്റുകളും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു (Schedule I para 4(2)(c), p.19); സാധനച്ചെലവ് ജില്ലാതലത്തിൽ 40% ആയി പരിമിതം (FAQ Q34).

“(6) Without prejudice to the generality of the above, works creating individual assets as notified by the Central Government shall be prioritised on land or homestead owned by households belonging to— (a) the Scheduled Castes; (b) the Scheduled Tribes; (c) nomadic tribes; (d) denotified tribes; (e) economically weaker sections of the society as identified based on criteria notified by the Central Government; (f) women-headed households; (g) households headed by persons with disabilities; (h) beneficiaries of land reforms; (i) beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana—Gramin (PMAY-G); and (j) beneficiaries under the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 (2 of 2007), and after exhausting the eligible beneficiaries under the above categories, works may be taken up on the lands of small or marginal farmers as identified on the basis of criteria notified by the Central Government, subject to such conditions as may be notified by the Central Government, including the requirement that such households possess a valid job card and have at least one adult member willing to work on the project undertaken on their land or homestead.”

“11. (1) If an applicant for employment under the Scheme is not provided such employment within fifteen days of receipt of his application seeking employment or from the date on which the employment has been sought in the case of an advance application, whichever is later, he shall be entitled to a daily unemployment allowance in accordance with the provision of this section. … Provided that no such rate shall be less than one-fourth of the notified wage rate for the first thirty days during the financial year and not less than one-half of the wage rate for the remaining period of the financial year.”
