గ్రామీణ జీవనోపాధి & SHGలు

పేజీ సగటు మొత్తం ఇస్తుంది, నిర్ణీత మొత్తం కాదు; ఖచ్చితమైన మొత్తాన్ని మీ రాష్ట్ర గ్రామీణ జీవనోపాధి మిషన్ నిర్ణయిస్తుంది.

“This is a permanent fund of the SHG. It resides with Self Help Group and is used for interloaning among the members of the Self Help Group. The average size of the Revolving Fund is Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- per Self Help Group.”

ఇది రుణ నిధి, SHG కి గ్రాంట్ కాదు: సమాఖ్య దీన్ని శాశ్వతంగా ఉంచుకుని తిరిగి రుణాలుగా ఇస్తుంది (RBI మాస్టర్ సర్క్యులర్ పేరా 5, పే.3).

“Community Investment Fund is extended to SHG federations which will be used to advance the loans to SHGs for undertaking socio-economic activities as per micro – credit /investment plan (MCP). An amount up to Rs. 2.50 lakh per SHG is given directly to the Cluster Level Federations (Village Organisations, in case CLF is not yet formed).”

“The Producer Groups are small-sized, unregistered entities with scope for significant business transactions. At the village level, PGs can aggregate the commodities and collectively sell them in the market, with better price negotiation and higher price realization. There is a provision of Rs. 2 Lakh per PG which includes working capital and infrastructure fund, for sustaining their business.”

MGNREGA కింద ఉన్న 100 రోజుల నుండి పెరిగింది (FAQ ప్ర11). ప్రతి రాష్ట్రం 1 జూలై 2026 నుండి ఆరు నెలల్లోపు తన సొంత పథకాన్ని నోటిఫై చేయాలి (సె.3(1)), కాబట్టి స్థానిక వివరాలు రాష్ట్ర పథకాన్ని అనుసరిస్తాయి.

“5. (1) Save as otherwise provided, the State Government shall, in such rural area in the State as may be notified by the Central Government, provide to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work, not less than one hundred and twenty-five days of guaranteed employment in a financial year in accordance with the Scheme made under this Act. (2) Every person who has done the work given to him under the Scheme shall be entitled to receive wages at the wage rate for each day of work.”

హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్ షెడ్యూల్డ్ ప్రాంతాలు ₹375; సిక్కింలోని మూడు గ్రామ పంచాయతీలు ₹450. గ్రామం నుండి 5 కి.మీ. దాటి పనికి 10% అదనంగా వస్తుంది (FAQ ప్ర26).

“the Central Government hereby specifies, for the purposes of the said Act, the wage rate applicable to the unskilled manual work provided under the Scheme notified under section 3 of the said Act in column(3) of the Schedule below, in respect of the States and Union territories specified in column (2) thereof, with effect from the 1st day of July, 2026.”

ఏ వ్యక్తిగత పనులు అర్హమో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నోటిఫై చేయాలి; 6 అక్టో 2026 నాటికి VB-G RAM G సర్క్యులర్ల పేజీలో కూలీ రేటు నోటిఫికేషన్ మాత్రమే ఉంది. చట్టంలో పేర్కొన్న జీవనోపాధి పనుల్లో పశువులు, మేకలు, పందులు, కోళ్ల షెడ్లు, కంపోస్ట్/వర్మీకంపోస్ట్ యూనిట్లు ఉన్నాయి (షెడ్యూల్ I పేరా 4(2)(c), పే.19); సామగ్రి ఖర్చు జిల్లా స్థాయిలో 40% కి పరిమితం (FAQ ప్ర34).

“(6) Without prejudice to the generality of the above, works creating individual assets as notified by the Central Government shall be prioritised on land or homestead owned by households belonging to— (a) the Scheduled Castes; (b) the Scheduled Tribes; (c) nomadic tribes; (d) denotified tribes; (e) economically weaker sections of the society as identified based on criteria notified by the Central Government; (f) women-headed households; (g) households headed by persons with disabilities; (h) beneficiaries of land reforms; (i) beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana—Gramin (PMAY-G); and (j) beneficiaries under the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 (2 of 2007), and after exhausting the eligible beneficiaries under the above categories, works may be taken up on the lands of small or marginal farmers as identified on the basis of criteria notified by the Central Government, subject to such conditions as may be notified by the Central Government, including the requirement that such households possess a valid job card and have at least one adult member willing to work on the project undertaken on their land or homestead.”

“11. (1) If an applicant for employment under the Scheme is not provided such employment within fifteen days of receipt of his application seeking employment or from the date on which the employment has been sought in the case of an advance application, whichever is later, he shall be entitled to a daily unemployment allowance in accordance with the provision of this section. … Provided that no such rate shall be less than one-fourth of the notified wage rate for the first thirty days during the financial year and not less than one-half of the wage rate for the remaining period of the financial year.”

రేట్లు మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ MFP జాబితా నుండి (అంశాలు 2, 1, 25), దానిపై తేదీ లేదు. తిరిగి అమ్మకంపై లాభాలను ST సేకరణదారుల మధ్య పంచుతారు (నిబంధన 6(i)). అడవుల్లో నివసించే షెడ్యూల్డ్ తెగ సేకరణదారులకు భద్రతా వలయం ఇవ్వడమే పథకం లక్ష్యం (నేపథ్యం, పే.3).

“g. Revolving funds (100% Centrally funded) will be provided for procurement of MFPs at notified MSP as a reactive measure in case the market price of MFP falls below the notified MSP and as per the procurement plan to be submitted by the State Nodal Departments.”

డబ్బు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి మంజూరు అవుతుంది, సభ్యులకు చెల్లించరు. వన్ ధన్ SHGలలో కనీసం 70% షెడ్యూల్డ్ తెగలు ఉండాలి, ముఖ్య పదవుల్లో ST సభ్యులు ఉండాలి (నిర్వచనం D).

“k. The TRIFED will sanction a maximum amount of Rs 15.00 lakh to the State Government for setting up a Van Dhan Vikas Kendra (VDVK) for incurring the expenditure on raw material, training and capacity building, tool kits and machinery, mentoring charges, packaging and branding, transportation, storage etc. The value addition of MFPs/non-MFPs will be done at the VDVKs.”

“(c) Food Security Groups Per group 0.25 0.50 per Block 2 FSGs/Block is mandatory. These will be all women farmers’ groups and Seed Money will be given for Household food security garden.”

ప్రాజెక్ట్ ప్రాంతంలోని పేద కుటుంబాల కోసం. పశువులు, యంత్రాలు మొదలైనవి పంపిణీ చేయకూడదు (26.8). మీ 20% / 10% వాటాను వాటర్‌షెడ్ అభివృద్ధి నిధిలో జమ చేస్తారు.

“Such individual benefitting activities may be taken up to support the poor households. The contribution of the beneficiary will be 20 % (for general category) and 10 % for (SC/ST members) of the total cost estimate of the activity. However, contribution from project fund shall not exceed two (2) times per hectare cost norm (Rs. 22,000 and Rs. 28,000 for plain and hilly areas respectively).”

గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ యువతకు మాత్రమే.

“With a view to ensuring the availability of essential disinfectants, silkworm rearing appliances and other required inputs to silk farmers in the vicinity of farming areas, and to create entrepreneurial opportunities for graduate youth, financial assistance of Rs.1,00,000/- is provided for the establishment of a Seripolyclinic.”

“In order to provide wage compensation and to get the minimum livelihood option to 2150 tribes under this scheme @ Rs.3000/- per tribal family per crop is provided with 100% assistance.”
