Why Kisan Subsidy exists
Farm subsidy figures travel by word of mouth, vendor brochures and forwarded messages, and many are wrong or out of date. A farmer who builds on a wrong figure loses money. We read the government document itself and show you the clause.
How we read a scheme
- Download the official guideline and keep a copy with its SHA-256 fingerprint.
- Read it end to end, and record each figure with its clause, page and printed date.
- Pin each figure with an automated test, so it cannot change without someone re-reading the document.
- Publish nothing for a scheme or state we have not read. It says “Not yet read” instead.
Free and independent
Kisan Subsidy is free for every farmer, for life. We are not a government website and we do not take applications or fees on behalf of any department.
