Polyhouse, net house and walk-in tunnel subsidy (protected cultivation), Haryana
The Haryana horticulture department’s 2023-24 norms pay 50% of the department’s per-square-metre rate (or your negotiated cost, if lower) for polyhouses, net houses and walk-in tunnels up to 4,000 m² — 85% for Scheduled Caste farmers on their own land.

What it pays
50% of the department’s rate per m² for your structure type and size band, up to 4,000 m² (85% for an SC farmer on own land; 65% for an SC farmer on leased land).
What the document says, word for word
Pick the band that matches your total area: the rate per m² falls as the structure gets bigger. Subsidy is on the department’s rate or the rate you negotiate with an empanelled firm, whichever is lower (note under Table-1, PDF p.7). The 85% is for SC farmers on their own land; an SC farmer on leased land gets 65% (Remarks column) — we cannot ask about land ownership, so check before you rely on 85%. These are the 2023-24 norms, the latest posted; the department says they apply “under all schemes of Department” (cl. 1.2), and it also runs the central MIDH, so do not count this on top of a MIDH subsidy for the same structure.
