How to apply
- Apply through APICOL, the nodal agency for the scheme (guideline p.4, “Nodal agency”).
- For a bank-financed unit, the bank must give a term loan, overdraft or cash credit for at least 10% of the project cost (guideline p.7).
- Build within the stipulated time; the capital subsidy is released after completion and joint verification of the fixed capital (guideline pp.7–8, 15).
