What the document says, word for word

For growers owning not more than 5.00 ha of rubber; areas planted under the INROAD project are not eligible; replanting must follow removal of the old trees. These rates are for the 2025-26 planting round; later instalments depend on the next natural-rubber scheme being sanctioned after 2025-26, and the 2026-27 round had not been announced when we checked.

“Non-traditional area/North Eastern Region — Planting assistance at the rate of Rs. 50,000 per ha limited to 5.00 ha for new planting and replanting with PB/RTPs. The assistance shall be paid in two installments in the first year of planting itself. The first installment of Rs.40,000 per ha and second installment of Rs.10,000 per ha.”

Papers you need

  • Aadhaar card and Aadhaar-linked bank passbook (name, account number, IFSC)
  • Certificate from the competent authority on ownership of all the rubber area you own
  • Sketch of the applied area with boundaries and neighbours’ names
  • Bills or receipts for the planting material bought from nurseries
  • Nomination form for joint owners or a minor; PAH declaration if applicable

How to apply

  1. Plant or replant rubber on at least 0.10 ha of contiguous land you own, with polybag or root-trainer plants from a nursery (eligibility).
  2. Apply online on ServicePlus: rubberboard.gov.in › E-Services › ServicePlus › Planting subsidy (How to apply).
  3. Keep the name the same as on the land document and the Aadhaar-seeded bank account; payment is by bank transfer only (How to apply; mode of payment).
  4. You can also apply through a Rubber Producers’ Society or cluster approved by the Board, if you are a member (For RPS/Clusters).
