What the document says, word for word

The Changlang 2025-26 notice says the scheme is only for Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes (APST), applicants must be at least 18, have suitable land for aquaculture, not be bank defaulters and have fisheries experience; SHGs must be under ArSRLM or NERCOMP and FPOs need at least 100 shareholders and one audited balance sheet (eligibility i–viii). Anjaw sets an age limit of 18–60 and excludes government servants.

How to apply

  1. Watch for the district notice: each year the District Fisheries Development Officer invites applications with a last date (Changlang notice of 28.10.2025).
  2. Collect the form from the District Fisheries Development Officer’s office and submit it, complete with documents, before the last date (Changlang notice; Anjaw circular of 28.01.2025).
  3. The district level screening committee selects beneficiaries as per the guidelines and the district’s fund allocation (Changlang notice).
