How to apply
- Be registered on dbtagriculture.bihar.gov.in; you need the 13-digit registration number (cl. 2.1–2.3).
- Apply online — free from your own phone or at the block agriculture office/e-Kisan Bhawan, or at a CSC/Vasudha Kendra — under the August 2026 flood option (cl. 3.1–3.3).
- Choose one category: own land, actual cultivator, or both; enter the damaged area (cl. 3.3–3.4).
- The agriculture coordinator checks the plot within 2–4 days and the money goes to your Aadhaar-linked account (cl. 2.4, 4.1).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
