How to apply
- Apply online on the Directorate of Fisheries portal (fisheries.bihar.gov.in) for “मुख्यमंत्री समेकित चौर विकास योजना”; the district fisheries office also forms groups and takes applications (para 6).
- Choose one or more of the three 1-hectare models (two ponds, four ponds, or one pond with land development); you may apply for different models on different plots (cl. 5(ix), 5(xviii)).
- Pay the cost above the subsidy yourself or through a bank loan (cl. 5(xix)); the department’s consent form also asks you to run the ponds for 8 years.
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.

Sanctioned for 2026-27 (187 hectares in 24 chaur districts, Annexure-V); apply on the portal while the district target is open.
Combining with other schemes
The documents do not say whether this can be combined with other schemes. Ask the implementing office before you count on both.
