Papers you need
- Clear photograph of the proposed land with landmarks
- Mobile number, bank name, account number and IFSC; training certificate / Aadhaar / ration card / voter ID / land map, self-attested
- Caste certificate (compulsory)
- Own land: ownership certificate / up-to-date rent receipt; leased land: registered lease or a lease on ₹1,000 non-judicial stamp paper for at least 9 years, with the owner’s papers
- Notarised affidavit that the land is free of dispute
How to apply
- Watch for the advertisement in state newspapers or on the department website and apply online in the set format (cl. 8(क)).
- Applications are checked weekly and chosen by a committee under the Deputy Director of Fisheries; you get one fortnight to correct errors (cl. 8(ख)–(घ)).
- Build the pond and units; the subsidy is paid into your bank account in two instalments after inspection (cl. 9, 10(ख)).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
When to apply
Sanctioned for 2026-27; applications are taken after the department’s advertisement until the district target is met.
