Covers critical inputs, intercrop planting material, green-manure seed, plant-protection and bio-inputs — not labour, rentals or infrastructure. Needs at least 10 yielding palms aged 5 years or more inside a selected cluster; not for anyone who took LoDP, PICCS or R&R help in the last five years (Eligibility i, vi).

  • Baseline survey form (Annexure VA) with Aadhaar, mobile number, survey number and full address
  • Aadhaar-linked bank account details and social category, if required

How to apply

  1. Your Coconut Farmers Cluster (or the state department) proposes a contiguous cluster of 25–200 ha (15 ha in non-traditional and NE states) after a baseline survey (beneficiary selection criteria i–v).
  2. Attend the Beneficiary Identification Meeting where the inputs and intercrops for the cluster are agreed (mode of implementation vi).
  3. Receive the inputs through the cluster and apply them on time; labour is your own cost (field application i).
