How to apply
- The family or boat owner applies to the Office of the Superintendent of Fisheries, Daman (or Diu) with the fisherman’s ID card and proof of detention.
- For a replacement boat, apply after the five-year waiting period; the help is paid back-ended after the new boat is built (Annexure-I, para 1.2).
