Once every 4 years; you need the barrier-net registration certificate and licence, and may not sell or lease the net for 4 years (cl. 3(a)–(c), 4(a)).

- Get the form from the fisheries official at the BDO office or a Directorate of Fisheries sub-office (₹50) and submit it there with the dealer’s bill (cl. 3).
- After checking, the subsidy is paid to your bank account by ECS (cl. 4).
