Papers you need
- Printout of your online i-Khedut application; keep it with you (Annexure-3 (1), p.9).
- Bills and other proof of your purchase or work, shown to the horticulture officer for checking (Annexure-3 (4), p.10).
- Only for the tribal-area version (HRT-3) if you qualify as a forest-rights holder: your forest-rights title (van adhikar patra) (Annexure-1, 2, p.6).
- Only if you apply in the 5% quota for persons with disabilities: a valid disability certificate (condition 23, p.3).
How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal and keep a printout (Annexure-3 (1)).
- A computerised draw makes the priority list where needed; the taluka officer checks you have not had help for the same purpose from another scheme that year (Annexure-1, 4; Annexure-3 (2)).
- Buy grafts from NHB-accredited nurseries, agricultural universities or the department’s nurseries/CoEs, and tissue-culture plants from accredited government labs such as GNFC/GSFC (Annexure-2 remarks).
- After a joint check of the planting, the help is paid by DBT to your bank account (Annexure-1, 11; Annexure-2 remarks).
