Papers you need
- Printout of your online i-Khedut application; keep it with you (Annexure-3 (1) and Annexure-4 (1), pp.77–78).
- Bills and other proof of your purchase or work, shown to the horticulture officer for checking (Annexure-3 (4) and Annexure-4 (4), pp.77–78).
- Only if you apply in the 5% quota for persons with disabilities: a valid disability certificate (condition 76, p.6).
How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal and keep a printout of the application (Annexure-3 (1), p.77).
- Eligible applications are ranked (by computerised draw if needed) and approved within the district target; you are told in writing (Annexure-3 (2)–(3)).
- After approval, buy the item (an approved model from a company registered on i-Khedut where required) and show the bills to the office for checking within 60 days (Annexure-3 (4)).
- After the check, the help is paid to your bank account by DBT/RTGS/NEFT (Annexure-3 (5); Annexure-1, 17).

When to apply
HRT-2 runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027; apply on i-Khedut while the year’s target is open.
Combining with other schemes
