What it pays
Small, marginal, women, SC and ST farmers: 35% of the price of a four-wheel goods carrier of 600–1,500 kg payload, up to ₹75,000.

Once in 10 years (Annexure-1, column 5). Only a new BS-standard vehicle registered under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules qualifies; it may not be sold for 2 years, must carry farm produce, not passengers, and must be painted “ખેતીવાડી ખાતાની કિસાન પરિવહન યોજનાના સહયોગથી” (Eligibility 4–6; Implementation (4)).

Papers you need
- Consent letter of the other account holders, if the land account is joint (Eligibility 2)
- Purchase bill and a photo with the vehicle or implement, uploaded on i-Khedut (Implementation (3))
- Vehicle registration papers; for a trailer, RTO registration of the trailer in the same financial year (Eligibility 6; Implementation (4))
How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal and keep a printout of the application (Implementation (1)).
- A taluka-wise electronic draw makes the priority list; those within the target get prior approval (Implementation (2), (3)).
- Buy within 60 days of prior approval for a goods carrier or trailer, 30 days for a Sanedo, and give the bill and papers to the District Agriculture Officer (Eligibility 7).
- Upload the bill and a photo with the vehicle on i-Khedut; after checking, the help is paid to your bank account (Implementation (3)–(5)).

When to apply
Applications open on i-Khedut on the department’s schedule; after prior approval you have 60 days (goods carrier, trailer) or 30 days (Sanedo) to buy.
Combining with other schemes
The documents do not say whether this can be combined with other schemes. Ask the implementing office before you count on both.
