- There is no enrolment: the Director of Agriculture pays the premium for all khatedar farmers, their spouses and children to the Directorate of Insurance before the year starts (GR of 2 Apr 2025, cl. 11).
- Claims are received and settled by the Directorate of Insurance, Gandhinagar (GR of 2 Apr 2025, cl. 12).
