What the document says, word for word

The speech says “farmers associated with some institutions”, so not every society may be covered; it also raises the procurement price of cow milk to ₹61 and buffalo milk to ₹71 a litre (para 31). The only document is the 2026-27 budget speech; no implementing notification was found on the department sites.

“My Government had started a Milk Incentive Scheme last year for registered cooperative institutions of Himachal Pradesh related to milk procurement. Under this, the Government is giving farmers associated with some institutions an incentive amount of 3 rupees per liter directly into their account through DBT. … therefore my Government from the next financial year will increase the assistance of 3 rupees per liter to 6 rupees per liter.”
