Papers you need
- Registration on HPMC’s MIS portal — with your Agristack farmer ID, by self-registration, or at a CSC / Lok Mitra Kendra for ₹50; no fruit is taken without it (Annexure-I, item 3(i), pp.4–5)
- If you sell through an FPO, co-operative or VPC: the full details of each farmer whose fruit is in the lot, with their registration details (Annexure-I, item 3(iv), p.5)
How to apply
- Bring the apple to the nearest of the 132 procurement centres run by HPMC (HIMFED may also buy) in any suitable packing (para 4–5).
- Only apple above 51 mm diameter is accepted; punctured, bird-eaten, wind-fallen, dried, rotten or ethephon-sprayed fruit is refused (para 6).
- Give 2.5% extra fruit by weight to cover drying losses (para 5).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
