- Apply online on the SARAL portal (saralharyana.gov.in) with your Family ID (PPP), yourself or through a CSC / Antyodaya / Atal Sewa Kendra.
- The SDO and Deputy Director forward your application to the Government Hatchery, Hisar, which delivers the chicks to your door.
