How to apply
- Get a No Objection Certificate from your service-area bank (Annexure in the scheme).
- Apply online on the SARAL portal (saralharyana.gov.in) with your Family ID (PPP), yourself or through a CSC / Antyodaya / Atal Sewa Kendra.
- The Deputy Director checks applications first come, first served and the SDO sponsors your loan to the bank.
- Animals are bought before a purchase committee, tagged and insured; the subsidy goes into your loan account after the unit is verified.
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
When to apply
Applications open on SARAL until five times the district target is reached (para 7 note).
Combining with other schemes
