Rate from MICADA’s 2021-22 guidelines; we found no later order confirming it. One-time benefit; the same land qualifies again for drip or mini-sprinkler only after 7 years (cl. 13, 14). Drip main and sub-lines must be underground (cl. 19). Earth work and GST are not subsidised (cl. 17).

  • Land holding verified by the Patwari, if the land is jointly held (cl. 10)

How to apply

  1. Apply on cadaharyana.nic.in — directly, through a Common Service Centre or at the nearest MICADA office — and choose Scheme-III (cl. A.1, A.2).
  2. Pick any MICADA-registered firm; it uploads the design and estimate within 15 days of approval (cl. 5, 8(i), 9).
  3. Deposit your 15% share by the e-challan within 15 days of the estimate’s approval (cl. 8(ii), 11).
  4. The firm installs the system within 30 days; after physical verification the subsidy is released (cl. 8(iii), 15, 21).
