How to apply
- Apply online on the SARAL portal (saralharyana.gov.in) with your Family ID (PPP), yourself or through a CSC / Antyodaya / Atal Sewa Kendra.
- Upload Aadhaar, PAN, bank passbook or cancelled cheque and the animal’s tag number; the cow or buffalo must be 5–90 days after calving.
- Officials record the milk yield; you sign an affidavit not to sell the animal and its male calf for at least a year (the department may buy the bull calf).
