Papers you need

  • Valid Kerala state ration card
  • Proof of age (18 years or more)
  • Land record or lease for the fodder plot (20 cents for Napier; 50 cents or 100 cents for irrigation aid; 1 hectare for barren-land fodder)
  • Estimate for the irrigation or machinery work (at least ₹30,000; ₹60,000 above one acre)
  • For groups: registration certificate (at least four members)

How to apply

  1. Apply on the Ksheerasree portal; selection is only through the portal (para 07.01.01).
  2. After approval, pay the ₹180 registration fee online through the portal (para 07.01.01).
  3. Collect free Hybrid Napier slips from the Deputy Director’s approved farm or nursery and plant at least 20 cents (multiples of 10 cents).
  4. For irrigation or machinery aid, sign a stamp-paper agreement to keep the plot and implements in good condition for 3 years (para 07.02.02).
