Papers you need
- 7/12 and 8-A extracts in your own name (micro-irrigation guideline, selection criteria 2)
- Valid caste certificate if you apply as SC/ST, or disability certificate (micro-irrigation guideline, 3.I)
- Consent of the other holders for jointly held land (micro-irrigation guideline, selection criteria 4)
- Quotation from an authorised dealer of a registered micro-irrigation company (micro-irrigation guideline, 3.III)
How to apply
- Register and apply on the project portal dbt.mahapocra.gov.in and upload the documents and the online undertaking (farm pond guideline, beneficiary duty 1, 3).
- The village agriculture development committee (GKVS) approves applications; selection priority is SC, ST, women, disabled, then general (each guideline, selection criteria 1).
- Do the work only after prior approval — a farm pond within three months, lining started within 15 days and finished within 2 months — no advance is paid (farm pond duty 4, 6; lining duty 3–4).
- Claim the subsidy on the portal with bills; after a spot inspection it is paid to your Aadhaar-linked bank account.
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.

Combining with other schemes
