Papers you need

  • Application written on plain paper (no set form), given through the Horticulture Development Officer of your block or circle, or the District Horticulture Officer (FAQ Q.5, p.19)

How to apply

  1. Only bona fide small and marginal farmers of Meghalaya can apply (FAQ, Vegetable Development Scheme, Q.4).
  2. Write an application on plain paper and give it to the Horticulture Development Officer of your C&RD Block or Horticulture Circle, or to the District Horticulture Officer. (Q.5)
  3. Applications are checked for suitable cultivable land and a source of irrigation (Q.6).
