What it pays
40% of the cost of the tractor and machines for the centre (counted up to ₹25 lakh), at most ₹10 lakh, paid through the bank loan.
What the document says, word for word
The centre must cost more than ₹10 lakh and up to ₹25 lakh (cl. 5), be set up on a bank loan (cl. 6) in your own village, one per village and per family/FPO (cl. 1, 12–13). Individual applicants must be 18–40 years old on 1 August 2026 and class 12 pass (cl. 8–9). The loan is repaid over up to 9 years with a 4-year lock-in (cl. 20–21). It can be combined with the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund’s 3% interest subvention (cl. 11).

How to apply
- Apply online on www.chc.mpdage.org in the window announced by the Directorate, with a ₹10,000 bank-draft deposit in favour of the Assistant Agricultural Engineer of your division (आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 1–2).
- District priority lists are drawn by computerised lottery; selected applicants bring original documents and the draft for verification (आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 4–5).
- Make a project report through a CA and get a bank loan sanctioned; after training and physical verification the subsidy is paid to the bank (आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 7–8).
