Members who pour milk at an OMFED milk society (MPCS) in the lean season (September–February) get ₹1 to ₹5 a litre, depending on how many of the 180 days they poured.

“Cash incentive up to Rs.5/- per litre of milk will be provided to the dairy farmers who pour milk at MPCS during the lean season i.e. from 1st September 2025 to 28th February 2026. … 60-89 days 1.00 … 90-119 days 2.00 … 120-149 days 3.00 … 150-179 days 4.00 … 180 days & above 5.00”

  • Copy of Aadhaar card
  • Copy of the front page of the bank passbook

How to apply

  1. Give a copy of your Aadhaar and the first page of your bank passbook to the MPCS secretary (Sl. 7.1).
  2. Pour milk regularly from 1 September to end-February; the society records your daily pouring.
  3. OMFED pays by Aadhaar-linked DBT in two phases — in December (Sept–Nov milk) and March (Dec–Feb milk).

When to apply

The 2025-26 guideline covers the lean season 1 September 2025 – 28 February 2026; a 2026-27 guideline was not yet posted on 7 Oct 2026.
