Commercial dairy entrepreneurs approved under the Mukhyamantri Krushi Udyog Yojana who buy cattle from outside Odisha get an extra 15% of the eligible animal cost, paid with the final capital subsidy.

An extra 15% of the eligible animal cost (as fixed under MKUY) for cattle bought from outside Odisha, on top of MKUY’s 40% / 50% capital subsidy.

- Original bills / vouchers for the cows
- Geo-tagged photos of each animal with its tag at the outside-state purchase place and in your shed
- List of UID tag numbers (INAPH), the animal transport permit and a valid insurance policy in your name
How to apply
- At the completion report of your MKUY dairy project on GO-SUGAM, choose the outside-state purchase option (Sl. 9).
- The district nodal officer checks the bills, tags, transport permit and insurance and issues the Annexure-XXI certificate.
- The CDVO sends it to APICOL with the final capital-subsidy proposal; APICOL pays by DBT.
