“Under this scheme, two weeks training in dairy techniques is imparted to the 5th passed rural people of age 18-50 years at Dairy Training and Extension Centres … The trainees are provided boarding, lodging and daily allowance to compensate for their lost wages. The training cost is ₹5000/- per trainee.”

  1. Apply to the nearest Dairy Training and Extension Centre: Bija (Ludhiana), Phagwara (Kapurthala), Tarntaran, Verka (Amritsar), Sardulgarh (Mansa), Chatamali (Ropar), Gill (Moga), Abulkhurana (Sri Muktsar Sahib) or Sangrur (3.6).
  2. Attend the two-week course; boarding, lodging and the daily allowance are provided there.
