State top-up: 20% of the unit cost (₹1,200, ₹1,050 or ₹1,000 per m² for a naturally ventilated tubular polyhouse by size; ₹710 per m² for a shade-net house), or of the firm’s rate if lower, up to 2,000 m².

This is only the state’s 20%; the 50% NHM share is on the central MIDH record, so the two add up to 70%. In scheduled areas the unit cost is 15% higher (not encoded). Up to 2,000 m² per beneficiary, pro rata; husband and wife count as one unit (procedure point 4). The structure must be built by a firm empanelled by the Rajasthan Horticulture Development Society.

“पॉली हाउस एवं शेडनेट हाउस निर्माण हेतु निम्नानुसार निर्धारित इकाई लागत या इस हेतु विभाग द्वारा ऐम्पेनल फर्मस की प्रस्तुत दरों में से जो भी कम हो पर वर्ष 2026–27 में 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान देय है। इसके अलावा लघु, सीमांत, अनुसूचित जाति व अनुसूचित जनजाति कृषकों को 20 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त अनुदान (Top-up subsidy) राज्य योजना मद से देय है।”

  • Small/marginal farmer certificate (and caste certificate for SC/ST)
  • Soil and water test report
  • Cost quotation of an empanelled firm

How to apply

  1. Apply online with land ownership papers, a small/marginal certificate, soil and water test reports and a cost quotation from an empanelled firm (procedure point 8).
  2. Farmers are picked first come, first served; land bought (not inherited) must have been owned for at least 3 years (points 2–3).
  3. After administrative sanction, deposit your farmer share with the District Horticulture Development Society; the firm builds within 90 days of the work order (points 8, 13).
  4. After joint inspection the subsidy is paid, with your written consent, to the firm (points 17, 19).
