Andhra Pradesh pays land-owning farmer families ₹14,000 a year on top of PM-KISAN’s ₹6,000 (₹20,000 in all), and pays landless tenant farmers ₹20,000 a year from the state budget.

What it pays
₹14,000 a year from the state, on top of PM-KISAN’s ₹6,000 (₹20,000 in all), for a farmer family owning at least 10 cents of farmland or cultivating RoFR land.

State share by instalment (cl. 10, p. 6): ₹5,000 in Kharif, ₹5,000 in Rabi, ₹4,000 in Summer — each paid with PM-KISAN’s ₹2,000. A family is husband, wife and children; married children count separately (cl. 4). For joint holdings the money goes to the family member with the most land (cl. 6.A). What the document says, word for word
Paid ₹10,000 in Rabi and ₹10,000 in Summer (cl. 10, p. 6). You must own no farm land, must not have leased from your own family, and must lease at least 1 acre (0.5 acre for vegetables, flowers and fodder; 0.1 acre for betel vine). Only one tenant per land-owner family is paid; with several tenants the order is ST, SC, BC, Minority, OC. In Scheduled Areas only tribal tenants are recognised (cl. 6.B, pp. 3–4).

How to apply
- Land owners do not apply: the state takes land-holding families from the Revenue department’s Webland data, checked by the Rythu Seva Kendram (RSK) in-charge and the Village Revenue Officer (cl. 7.A).
- Complete e-KYC at your RSK — no payment without it (cl. 7.A, 7.B).
- Tenant farmers: hold a CCRC card and get your crop booked in e-Panta for the current season; only such card holders are considered (cl. 7.B).
- Check the beneficiary list displayed at the RSK and file a claim or objection if your name is missing; grievances can also go to toll-free 155251 (cl. 7.B, 9).
- The money is paid by DBT into your Aadhaar-linked bank account and you get an SMS (cl. 9).

When to apply
No closing date. Paid by season (cl. 10): land owners in Kharif, Rabi and Summer; tenant farmers in Rabi and Summer.
