How to apply
- Register on the DBT portal, then on horticulture.bihar.gov.in open “योजनाओं का लाभ लेने हेतु आवेदन करें” and choose “क्लस्टर में बागवानी की योजना” (para 11).
- Selection is first come, first served (para 10); buy plants only from the nurseries named in para 4.
- The first instalment pays for planting material and work after verification; the second follows 75% plant survival (para 13).
