- Mobile number and bank details; Aadhaar, ration card or voter ID; attested map of the land

- Land ownership certificate or latest rent receipt; for a leased pond a lease of at least 11 months (seed production) or 9 years on ₹1,000 non-judicial stamp paper (tube well, aerator)
How to apply
- Register on the fisheries portal and apply online when the Directorate advertises (Annexure-III (i)(क)); the 2026-27 application link is on fisheries.bihar.gov.in.
- Attach your photo at the pond, bank details, Aadhaar/ration card/voter ID, land map, caste certificate if SC/ST/EBC, and proof of ownership or lease (Annexure-III (i)(ग)–(च)).
- The district selection committee selects beneficiaries; you then do the work at your own cost or with a bank loan and buy ISI/BIS-marked material yourself (paras 5(II)(vi), 6).
- Claim with bills (with GST) and photos: seed production is paid in two equal halves, tube well/pump set 60% then 40%, aerators in one go, by RTGS/NEFT/DBT (Annexure-III (iii)).
