- Baseline survey form for your garden (Annexure XVII), with consent to pay the input share to the supplier
- Aadhaar-linked bank account details with IFSC, mobile number and full address
- Social category (SC/ST/OBC) where applicable
- State department certificate that you took no LoDP/PICCS/R&R help in the last five years (submitted by the cluster)
How to apply
- The scheme runs by cluster: your village/ward group (Coconut Farmers Cluster) or the state agriculture/horticulture department applies, after a baseline survey of every garden (C, mode of operation; A, steps 1–4).
- Mark the palms giving fewer than 10 nuts a year; cut and remove them within 3 months of approval, at your own cost first (C (i); steps 10, 22–23).
- Replant with quality seedlings in the next planting season; inputs for the remaining palms are supplied through the cluster (C (iii); supply of inputs).
- The cutting and replanting money is paid by DBT after verification; the rejuvenation help is given as inputs, not cash (C, extending benefits).
