- Apply at the office of the Assistant Director of Fisheries in your district; components are given against yearly district targets.
- Keep your pond lease or ownership papers ready — fingerling, plankton and spawn help are per hectare of your pond.
- Prawn-farming and net/boat help are given as materials, not cash (3.1.14.1, 3.1.14.3).
