Once every three years, for vendors holding a valid Department of Fisheries ID card (2021 scheme, cl. 3(a), 3(d)). The 2026 amendment replaced the earlier 50% (₹10,000) / 60% (₹12,000) rates.

How to apply
- Get the form from the fisheries official at the BDO office or a Directorate of Fisheries sub-office and submit it there (2026 amendment, Sr. 3(c)).
- Either buy the accessories from a registered dealer and attach the bills, or take them from the department (2026 amendment, Sr. 3(b)).
- The subsidy is paid to your bank account by ECS (2021 scheme, cl. 4(a)).
