- Aadhaar card copy (application form list, general GR p.9; SC GR p.10).
- Purchase bill of the chaff cutter (chaff-cutter condition 5, general GR p.4).
- For the fodder minikit: 7/12 and 8-A land extract, or a talati certificate that you hold land (minikit condition 8 and form enclosure 1, general GR pp.5, 10).
- For the fodder minikit on rented land: copy of the lease agreement (one year or more) (minikit condition 3 and form enclosure 2, general GR pp.5, 10).
- For SC applicants: caste certificate showing you are Scheduled Caste (SC GR minikit condition 8 and form item 6, pp.5, 10).
- For the SC cattle shed: talati-cum-mantri certificate of land ownership, or a lease deed of 10 years or more (SC GR cattle-shed conditions 4–5 and form item 4, pp.4, 10).
- For the SC cattle shed: consent form (SC GR form item 3, p.10).
- For the SC cattle shed: the prescribed undertaking (bahedhari patrak) (SC GR cattle-shed condition 10, p.4).

How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal (Annexure-2, remarks).
- Buy the chaff cutter from an authorised dealer of a government-empanelled maker, or as per SMAM operational guidelines (Annexure-2, row 1 remarks).
- The minikit is handed over free, in kind, through the Gujarat Livestock Development Board or the seed farms (condition 16).
- Cash help is paid straight to your bank account by RTGS/NEFT/DBT; no cash (condition 15).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
When to apply
Applications on i-Khedut in 2026-27; minikits are given in the monsoon (or summer where fodder is short).
Combining with other schemes
