- Milk-house: certificate from the district milk union’s managing director that no other help was taken for the same purpose (Scheme-1, condition 3)
- Milk-house: proof that the society owns the land or holds it on a 10-year lease (Scheme-1, condition 4)
- Feed after calving: calving certificate from the government livestock inspector (Scheme-3, condition 7)
How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal and submit the signed print-out with documents to the district panchayat’s Deputy/Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry within 7 days (Scheme-1 and 2, Annexure-2).
- Milk-house: the society builds to the GCMMF model design under the milk union’s civil engineer; money is released 35% at foundation, 35% at roof slab and 30% on completion (Scheme-1, conditions 12–14).
- Feed after calving: apply within 60 days of calving with a calving certificate from the government livestock inspector (Scheme-3, conditions 6–7).
