How to apply
- Apply on the i-Khedut portal within 180 days of the goods being unloaded abroad (components 3–4, 19 remarks).
- Upload proof of the organisation’s registration, last year’s audit report, exporter recognition and the shipping company’s loading and unloading papers.
- After checking, the help is paid to the bank account by DBT/RTGS/NEFT (Annexure-1, 17).

When to apply
Within 180 days of unloading abroad (freight) or of loading (irradiation); HRT-2 runs to 31 March 2027.
Combining with other schemes
