How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal; forest-rights title holders may also apply on paper (Annexure-1, conditions 1–2).
- The taluka/district horticulture officer checks that you have not already had the same help within the set period (condition 8).
- Buy tools and inputs from makers or dealers registered on i-Khedut and planting material from accredited nurseries, then claim with bills; joint field inspection before payment (Annexure-2(A) remarks).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.
When to apply
HRT-3 runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027; applications on i-Khedut when opened.
Combining with other schemes
