What the document says, word for word
Status unknown: the guidelines date from the 2018-19 budget assurance and the rate terms are those of the 2023-24 empanelment. The Horticulture portal lists an empanelment for 2025-26 and 2026-27 but its document could not be opened. Confirm with your Horticulture Extension Officer before buying.

The subsidy is on the per-square-metre rate fixed in each empanelment. The last printed rates — ₹31.50 per sq m (woven/leno) and ₹23.00 (knitted/raschel), with tax — were valid to 31.03.2024; the current rates are not in the document. We show the rate only.

How to apply
- Apply on the prescribed format with estimates and the latest revenue records to your Horticulture Extension Officer (guidelines para 5).
- Install only after the sanction / work order of the Deputy Director or SMS (Horticulture), buying from any empanelled firm you choose (para 6; empanelment terms).
- The SMS inspects every case and the subsidy is released after the inspection report with photographs (para 7).
