What it pays
50% of the machine’s price, up to the ceiling the order prints for that machine (for example ₹1,20,000 for a super seeder).
What the document says, word for word
A farmer can get subsidy on only one machine; a farmer picked for a baler may also buy the straw rake and rotary slasher/shrub master (cl. 3). Not eligible if your farm record has a "red entry" for burning crop residue in the last two seasons — this bars the whole PPP family (cl. 3). The 50% is of the sale value you actually pay, not the MRP (cl. 23).
“The pattern of assistance and Maximum Permissible subsidy for the farmers for purchase of CRM machines on Individual ownership basis is 50% of the cost of machine or Upper limit given in the table whichever is less.”How much can I claim?

How to apply
- Apply online on agriharyana.gov.in through your Meri Fasal Mera Byora registration — one application per PPP (family) ID (cl. 1, 4).
- If applications are more than the target, the district committee under the Deputy Commissioner picks farmers by draw of lots (cl. 5).
- Once approved, download the subsidy eligibility certificate, pick any approved manufacturer or dealer on the portal and bargain the price (cl. 9, 10).
- Pay from your own bank account — cash is not allowed. After physical checking of the machine, the subsidy goes to your bank account registered on Meri Fasal Mera Byora (cl. 11, 17).
Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.

Combining with other schemes
The documents do not say whether this can be combined with other schemes. Ask the implementing office before you count on both.
