Who can apply

  • Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
  • PAN card
  • No Objection Certificate from the service-area bank
  • Scheduled Caste certificate

How to apply

  1. Get a No Objection Certificate from your service-area bank (Annexure in the scheme).
  2. Apply online on the SARAL portal (saralharyana.gov.in) with your Family ID (PPP), yourself or through a CSC / Antyodaya / Atal Sewa Kendra.
  3. The Deputy Director checks applications first come, first served and the SDO sponsors your loan to the bank.
  4. Animals are bought before a purchase committee, tagged and insured; the subsidy goes into your loan account after the unit is verified.
