“इस योजना अन्तर्गत अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति एवं महिला कोटि के लाभुकों के लिए राज्य सरकार का अंशदान 80 प्रतिशत (अधिकतम मो0 1,22,680/–रू0) होगा तथा शेष अंशदान लाभुक का होगा। अन्य सभी कोटि के लाभुकों के लिए राज्य सरकार का अंशदान 70 प्रतिशत (अधिकतम मो0 1,07,345/–रू0) होगा, शेष राशि लाभुक द्वारा स्वयं वहन किया जायेगा।”

Papers you need

  • Proof that the pond is yours, or a lease for three years from 2026-27

How to apply

  1. Apply in response to the district fisheries office’s newspaper advertisement; the district committee (with the district animal husbandry officer) selects beneficiaries (para 14).
  2. You need your own pond (one acre or more preferred) or one leased for three years from 2026-27, near habitation (para 15).
  3. Build the duck house locally; the subsidy comes by DBT in three instalments — the last after the ducks survive two months (paras 12(क), 17).

Applying is free. Never pay anyone to apply for you.

Sanctioned for 2026-27 on 23.06.2026; applications follow a newspaper advertisement in each district.
