What the document says, word for word
The support is given as seedlings, not cash; the area must be at least 0.20 ha (p.3), and a farmer who gets this cannot get coconut area-expansion subsidy from CDB, MGNREGA or other schemes (section 7, item 5). These are 2023-24 guidelines under head 2401-00-111-0-08, which has no 2026-27 allocation; the department’s current “State Sector Schemes” page still lists the programme under Comprehensive Horticulture Development, but no current-year order was found, so the status is unknown.
How much can I claim?
