Priority order SC, ST, women, disabled, others; the pond must hold water for at least 8–10 months; not for anyone who took fish-farming help under another scheme (निकष 1–4). How to apply
- Register on the PoCRA DBT portal and apply with your documents (लाभार्थी 1).
- You must already have a farm pond and a pump; they are not funded here (लाभार्थी 2).
- Within 30 days of pre-sanction buy fingerlings (from a government fish-seed centre or a private one at your risk), feed and material, and claim on the DBT portal with the original bills, or the pre-sanction lapses (लाभार्थी 5, 7–8).

When to apply
Apply any time on the PoCRA DBT portal while the project runs (2025-26 to 2030-31); work must be finished and the claim filed within the days set after pre-sanction.
