In PoCRA project villages, farmers with 0.10–5 ha get 100% of the project-funded orchard work — pits, planting the grafts, plant protection, gap filling and fertiliser — at the per-hectare norms of Annexure-A (₹60,547 to ₹1,43,700 a hectare by crop), paid over 3 years.

What it pays
Farmers with 0.10–5 ha in project villages: the full Annexure-A per-hectare amount for pits, planting, plant protection, gap filling and fertiliser (never more than the actual cost), over 3 years.

Only in the 7,201 PoCRA phase-2 project villages of 21 districts (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Beed, Jalna, Parbhani, Dharashiv, Latur, Nanded, Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Hingoli, Amravati, Akola, Washim, Yavatmal, Buldhana, Wardha, Jalgaon, Nashik). Land preparation, filling pits, inter-cultivation and fencing are at the farmer’s own cost (cl. 3.3 अ). Rates are revised when MGNREGA wages or material rates change (3.10). Individual farmers only, not institutions (2.1); area already planted under another scheme is deducted from the 5 ha (2.5). This is separate from the state-wide Bhausaheb Fundkar orchard scheme, whose 2023-24 guidelines it follows (3.1).

Papers you need
- 7/12 extract in your own name; consent of the other holders if joint, and of the tenant if a tenant is recorded (cl. 2.2–2.3)

- Bills for grafts and fertiliser, uploaded online (3.8, 4.11)
How to apply
- Apply on the PoCRA DBT portal with survey number, area, crop and spacing (cl. 4.1–4.2); planting can be done any time of the year (4.3).
- After pre-sanction buy grafts at your own cost from a government or agricultural-university nursery, or a licensed nursery accredited by NHB, and finish planting within 120 days (4.9–4.10).
- Upload the bills and claim online; the first-year amount comes to your Aadhaar-linked account, the 2nd and 3rd years’ only after 1 and 2 years and if 80% / 90% of plants survive (3.9, 3.12–3.14, 4.15).

When to apply
Apply any time on the PoCRA DBT portal while the project runs (2025-26 to 2030-31); work must be finished and the claim filed within the days set after pre-sanction.
Combining with other schemes
The documents do not say whether this can be combined with other schemes. Ask the implementing office before you count on both.
