How to apply
- Minikits: give your name to the milk society (MPCS) or the block veterinary office; the District Fodder Development Committee approves the list. Kits reach farmers by 15 June (kharif) and 15 October (rabi).
- Fodder entrepreneurship: apply on GO-SUGAM with land records, bank passbook and the 3-year declaration; the district fodder task force approves and the CDVO issues a go-ahead.
- Plant within 60 days and report on GO-SUGAM; each year’s money is paid after an inspection of the standing crop.
- Azolla: the BVO selects dairy farmers with at least one milch animal; build the pit within 30 days of the go-ahead.

Combining with other schemes
