What the document says, word for word
For small and marginal farmers the 75% is split Centre 33% + State 22% + extra State top-up 20%; for SC/ST/women the table prints the split as 33/27 + 22/18 + 20/30; for other farmers 27% + 18% + 25% = 70%. Subsidy is for 0.2 to 5 hectares per farmer, and not again on the same land for 7 years (section ब, cl. 5, 7). The 2025-26 guidelines apply in 2026-27 too (letter of 14.05.2026).

- Proforma invoice of a registered manufacturer or dealer; soil and water test report and design for drip (cl. 27-अ)
- Small/marginal/SC/ST certificate, if applicable (cl. 27-ब)
- Three-party agreement on ₹500 non-judicial stamp paper (cl. 27-ब)
How to apply
- Apply through Jan Aadhaar on the Raj Kisan Sathi portal, yourself or at an e-Mitra (cl. 27, 28).
- Attach a proforma invoice from a manufacturer registered with the Horticulture Department (and for drip, a soil and water test report and design) (cl. 27-अ; section अ, cl. 9).
- After approval, pay your share to the manufacturer and get the set installed; then upload the bill and an affidavit (cl. 27-ब).
- After physical verification the subsidy is paid online.
